Helping women heal, grow, and become who God created them to be.
Life has a way of shaping us through both joy and hardship. Sometimes those experiences strengthen us, and other times they leave us carrying wounds, unhealthy patterns, fear, or questions about who we are and where we’re going.
Faith-led coaching provides a space to slow down, reflect, grow, and intentionally move forward with God at the center. Together, we’ll focus on helping you build a stronger foundation rooted in truth, wisdom, and purposeful growth.
My Heart Behind Coaching
If you’re looking for someone with a perfect story, that’s not me. My journey has included seasons of heartbreak, unhealthy relationships, self-discovery, rebuilding, and learning what it truly means to find my identity in Christ.
Those experiences, along with my coaching education and years of personal growth, shaped not only who I am but also how I walk alongside other women today.
I don’t believe growth comes from pretending everything is okay or covering difficult seasons with inspirational quotes. I believe lasting transformation happens when we’re willing to be honest about where we are, invite God into the process, and take intentional steps forward one day at a time.
Who Coaching Is For
Coaching is for women who are ready to grow intentionally. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season, rebuilding after painful experiences, or simply wanting to deepen your faith and personal growth, this is a space where you can move forward with support, encouragement, and purpose.
You may benefit from coaching if…
- You’re healing from toxic or unhealthy relationships.
- You’re rebuilding your confidence and sense of identity.
- You’re struggling with boundaries or people-pleasing.
- You’re navigating a season of transition or uncertainty.
- You want to strengthen your relationship with God.
- You’re ready to stop surviving and start living with greater purpose and intention.
What We Can Work Through Together
Every woman’s journey is different, and so are the challenges she carries. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to personal growth because no two stories are exactly alike. Whether you’re healing from the past, navigating a difficult season, or simply longing to grow into the woman God created you to be, our coaching sessions are tailored to your unique experiences, goals, and season of life.
Together, we’ll create a space where you can be honest about where you are, explore where you want to go, and take intentional steps toward lasting growth rooted in faith.
Identity & Self-Worth
It’s easy to lose sight of who we are after experiencing unhealthy relationships, heartbreak, rejection, disappointment, or years of putting everyone else’s needs ahead of our own. Over time, those experiences can shape the way we see ourselves, often causing us to question our value, confidence, and purpose.
Together, we’ll work toward rebuilding a healthier sense of identity rooted in God’s truth rather than past experiences, other people’s opinions, or the labels you’ve carried for far too long. The goal isn’t to become someone different, but to rediscover the woman God created you to be.
Healing & Personal Growth
Growth often begins with acknowledging the places in our lives that still need healing. Whether you’re carrying emotional wounds, struggling with recurring patterns, or feeling stuck in a season you can’t seem to move beyond, healing is an important part of moving forward.
We’ll explore the beliefs, habits, and behaviors that may be keeping you from experiencing the freedom and growth you desire while developing healthier ways of thinking, responding, and living. Healing isn’t about pretending the past never happened. It’s about allowing it to shape you without continuing to define you.
Faith & Spiritual Growth
A stronger relationship with God has a way of strengthening every other area of our lives. No matter where you are in your faith journey, coaching provides a space to deepen your relationship with Him, seek His wisdom, and learn how to navigate life’s challenges with faith as your foundation.
Together, we’ll explore how biblical principles can be applied to everyday life while encouraging spiritual growth, trust, and a deeper understanding of the identity and purpose God has placed within you.
Relationships & Boundaries
Relationships have the power to shape us in both beautiful and painful ways. If you’ve struggled with unhealthy relationships, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or recognizing red flags, you’re not alone.
We’ll focus on developing healthier relationship patterns, strengthening your confidence in setting boundaries, and learning how to cultivate relationships built on mutual respect, wisdom, and God’s design for healthy connection. Healthy boundaries aren’t about pushing people away—they’re about creating space for healthier relationships to grow.
Purpose & Intentional Living
Many women reach a point where they realize they’re simply going through the motions, wondering if there’s something more. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, searching for greater direction, or feeling called toward a new season, coaching can help you move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Together, we’ll explore your values, priorities, and the direction you feel God is leading you while creating practical steps to help you live with greater purpose. Instead of drifting through life, you’ll begin making decisions that align with who you are becoming and the life you want to build.
Breaking Unhealthy Patterns
Sometimes the biggest obstacle to growth isn’t what happened to us—it’s the patterns we’ve carried with us because of it. Whether it’s people-pleasing, fear of rejection, settling for less than you deserve, overthinking, perfectionism, or repeating unhealthy relationship cycles, lasting growth often begins by recognizing the patterns that no longer serve you.
Together, we’ll identify those patterns with honesty and grace, explore where they may have come from, and begin replacing them with healthier habits, wiser choices, and a stronger foundation rooted in faith. The goal isn’t perfection—it’s progress, freedom, and becoming the woman God created you to be.
My Coaching Approach
Coaching isn’t about having someone tell you what decisions to make or having all the answers handed to you. It’s about creating space to ask honest questions, discover meaningful insights, and take intentional action toward the life you’re called to live.
My role is to encourage, challenge, and support you while keeping faith at the center of the journey. Together, we’ll celebrate progress, work through obstacles, and focus on sustainable growth rather than quick fixes.
How Coaching Works
Step 1: Discovery Call
Every journey begins with a conversation. During our discovery call, we’ll talk about your current season, what you’re hoping to grow through, and whether coaching is the right fit for your goals and needs.
Step 2: Personalized Coaching Plan
If we decide to move forward together, I’ll recommend a coaching approach tailored to your unique situation, priorities, and desired level of support.
Step 3: Your Growth Journey
Coaching sessions become a place to reflect, learn, grow, and take intentional steps forward. Along the way, we’ll revisit your goals, celebrate progress, and adapt as new challenges and opportunities arise.

Personalized Coaching
Every woman’s journey is unique, which means coaching should be too. Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package, coaching is tailored around your goals, your current season, and the support that will best help you move forward.
After our discovery call, I’ll recommend a coaching approach designed specifically for your needs, whether you’re looking for a one-time session or ongoing support.
Your Investment
Coaching begins at $150 USD. The final investment depends on the level of support, session length, and coaching journey that’s the best fit for you.
My desire is to provide meaningful guidance that helps you create lasting growth, not simply another appointment on your calendar.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is coaching the same as therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on personal growth, goal-setting, accountability, and moving forward. It is not a replacement for therapy or mental health treatment.
Do I have to be a Christian?
My coaching is rooted in my Christian faith, and I openly incorporate biblical principles into my approach. Women from different backgrounds are welcome, but it’s important to know that faith is not something I separate from my coaching.
Do you only coach women?
Yes. This coaching is intentionally created for women and the unique experiences, challenges, and seasons they navigate.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
Not at all. Many women begin coaching because they know something needs to change, but aren’t sure where to start. That’s exactly what the discovery call is for.
You Don’t Have to Walk This Journey Alone
Healing, growth, and lasting change rarely happen overnight, and they weren’t meant to be pursued in isolation. No matter what you’ve been through or where you find yourself today, there is hope for what’s ahead.
If you’re ready to invest in your personal growth, strengthen your faith, and intentionally pursue the woman God created you to be, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
